When this foundation originally started in 2011, the goal was to give away one scholarship in the year 2027, the year our Ethan James would have graduated from high school. We never dreamed it would become what it has today. With the support we have received every single year since then, we have been able to award over $300,000 in scholarships to graduating seniors from Tulare Union, Tulare Western, and Mission Oak High Schools.
